Changify™ Lifecycle

THE PATH TO CHANGE SUCCESS

The Changify Lifecycle manages to change success through 4 main stages:

  • Leadership Activation: Leading through change is essential to achieving desired change outcomes. When the decision to change has been made, we work to engage and enable leadership to their sponsor roles, gaining change commitment at the top of the organization.
  • Organizational Alignment: From this point, we work aligning the organization to the change, assessing for impacts, readiness, resistance, and risk. We also build the change organization: the people structure needed to execute and embed the future state.
  • Change Execution: this phase encompasses the planning and delivery of various change deliverables across communications, learning, and enablement. We actively measure, monitor, and report on our progress, success, pivots, and adjustments.
  • Operational Enablement: at this transformation juncture, we are actively embedding new ways of working across the people, process, and systems changes. The transition from build to operation is documented, enabled, and embedded in the organization. Sustainment activities ensure that the implemented changes are lived.

In support of our change lifecycle, we run end-to-end change operations to assess, align, plan, execute, and embed desired change. We utilize change metrics to map and measure change success and ensure ongoing alignment with our change efforts. Additionally, we provide multiple ways to define, communicate and engage our change story as we embark our transformation journey.
